Bug
When running a Plan Routes analysis with ArcGIS API for Python, if the overwrite property is set to True, there are duplicate Assigned Stops and Routes sublayers when opening the hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Map Viewer and ArcGIS Map Viewer Classic.
