Bug
The Update Features With Incident Records (Crime Analysis and Safety) tool returns the error messages, "AttributeError: DescribeData: Method OIDFieldName does not exist" and "RuntimeError: FieldMap: Error in adding input field to field map" in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.0.

Workaround
Remove any special characters from the input data field names or replace them with underscores. Then, run the tool.
