The Generate Schema Report tool fails when run against a feature dataset with a parcel fabric that has a parcel type and 'Use for administrative boundaries' enabled.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2.Workaround
1. Export the schema to an XML workspace document (schema only).
2. Import the XML workspace document to an empty file geodatabase.
3. Run the Remove Parcel Type geoprocessing tool and remove all administrative parcel types.
4. Run the Generate Schema Report tool.
