When using the Add Line Event tool, domains set by subtypes are not displayed in the field drop-down list in the Manage Attributes settings of the tool.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.Workaround
When encountering this issue in the Manage Attributes settings, click Back to go to the last view and click Next to return. The issue is now fixed and the domain drop-down list is displayed.
