Bug
The Simplify By Straight Lines And Circular Arcs (SLACA) tool collapses 'donut-type' polygons. Running the Simplify By Straight Lines And Circular Arcs (Editing) tool on 'donut-type' polygons, geometry is turned to donut holes if the parcels have donut holes in them. The output polygon area is reduced to the donut hole area.
