When using the Aviation tools in ArcGIS Pro, the Terrain and Obstacle Profile element is unable to display when the regional format is set to Turkish.

Additional Information
This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and 3.2.2.Workaround
Set the machine's regional format to English (United States).
- Launch the Control Panel application to change the regional format.
- Select Clock and Region.
- Under Region, change the selection to English (United States).
