When updating COGO attributes, it calculates geometry and not the projected geometry of a map.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.Workaround
Conduct line clean up work directly on the staging data while the data is still stored in UTM. There is an add-in currently in development, that when published for all customers, can be used in the interim until this is addressed in the core product.
