When using the Calculate Geometry Attributes geoprocessing tool to compute the point z-coordinate attributes, the vertical units of the output do not change if a vertical coordinate system other than the vertical coordinate system defined for the feature class is set in the Coordinate System parameter.

Additional Information

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.

Workaround

1) Manually convert the data into the desired units using the Calculate Field geoprocessing tool.

2) Create a re-projected copy of the feature class in the desired output vertical coordinate system using the Project geoprocessing tool with a vertical transformation applied.
