This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Workaround
Disregard the band index input information mentioned on the tooltip and use the correct information from the tool documentation: Input: NIR Red Green.
- The MTVI2 tool band index order: NIR-Green-Red is supposed to be NIR-Red-Green.
- The Band Arithmetic Properties order: NIR-Green-Red is supposed to state NIR-Red-Green.
- The Band Arithmetic Properties are, contrarily, processed in NIR-Red-Green order.
