This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Drone2Map version 2023.2.Workaround
As incorrect camera parameters are unexpectedly applied in ArcGIS Drone2Map, use another machine where the process succeeds, allowing the exporting and importing of the parameters into the machine where the error occurs.
