This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2. This is as designed. Additional parameters are needed for the dynamic text tags metadata display purposes. Layouts can have metadata as well as maps, and a layout can have map frames pointing to multiple maps. Because of this, additional parameters are needed to display the correct information. To display metadata for the layout, the parameter layout is needed instead of the property. Here is an example of the tags for displaying the metadata title of the layout: .
