Add the preferredLabelValues parameter to equal localCity: https://geocode.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/GeocodeServer/suggest?f=json&maxSuggestions=6&text=237 Clarke Rd, Castl&preferredLabelValues =localCity
