Additional Information
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 and 3.1.4. The alias field is displayed as a date type when created in ArcGIS Pro 3.1. This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2. Existing views are to continue displaying this issue and are to be recreated with ArcGIS Pro 3.2 when released.Workaround
Use ArcGIS Pro 3.2.
