Additional Information
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 and ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2. The verification of Attribute rule script might throw a Generic Evaluation Error in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 in certain cases. The behavior is not always consistent but fails randomly depending on the row picked for validation. This bug will be fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2.Workaround
No workaround, this bug will be fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2. This bug only affects ArcGIS Pro 3.1.
