Bug
Sharing a branch versioned data with version management service on SQL Server fails when the database username is different than the server login, with the error message, "00277: Version Management is enabled, but the connected geodatabase user, <value>, is not the branch versioned dataset's owner." returned.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2 and 3.2.Workaround
Use an SQL Server user that matches the login name for the instance.
