Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.

Workaround

  • Select the features to be exported and run the tool without creating a layer from the selection. Only the selected features are exported to a CAD drawing.
  • Export the selection to a new feature class or use a file geodatabase.
