This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Workaround
Use ArcMap or change the data sources one by one from the Table of Contents by following the steps below.
- Right-click the feature layer from the Table of Contents.
- Click Properties > Set Data Source, and select the new data source.
- Click Apply > OK.
