After upgrading a PostgreSQL 10.7.1 geodatabase, editing feature classes fail due to some functions not being owned by the data owner anymore.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2, 2.9.9, 3.1.2.Workaround
- Grant sde users superuser privileges (this does not correct the errors).
- Change the ownership of the functions manually or by script.
