Additional Information
The Evaluate Rules tool can be run on services and a local file or mobile geodatabase. If a map is opened and selections are made on some layers, the Evaluate Rules tool evaluates the selected features. However, the Evaluate Rules tool misses selections from tables on the map.Workaround
