A Web Map Service (WMS) group layer consisting of two sublayers does not load correctly in ArcGIS Pro, but loads correctly in ArcMap.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Workaround
After adding the WMS layer to a map, open the WMS layer properties. Switch to the Layers tab and customize the sublayers which are added. This ensures the correct layers are added to the map.
