Bug
After publishing the KML To Layer tool as a geoprocessing service from ArcGIS Pro, running the service in the Geoprocessing widget returns the error message, "Submitted. Executing... Failed. java.lang.Exception: Could not service request." The output .gdb and .lyr files are created in the specified folder, but the result is not added to the map.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Workaround
Create a connected service definition instead of an offline service definition.
