In ArcGIS Pro, when Turkish (Turkey) is configured as the region language format in the operation system (OS) settings, the defined scale range does not display correctly for symbol categories with scales (for example, graduated colors) if the map's tile scale range list is customized by the loading scales for ArcGIS Online, Bing Maps, or Google.
