Additional Information

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.

Workaround

  1. Close ArcGIS Pro.
  2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\pedata\gdaldata.
  3. Create a backup for the file pcs.csv.
  4. Modify PARAMETER_VALUE_1 for the coordinate system affected by the issue.
  5. Restart ArcGIS Pro and open the orthomosaic.

The file is displayed in the correct location.
