Attempting to add a specific band from a multiband raster to the Raster Domain tool using the folder navigation option in the pane returns the Error 999999 and a generic error message.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Workaround
Add a single band to the map through the Catalog pane.
- Navigate to the Catalog pane and click the grey triangle to the left of the raster name to expand the raster.
- Select any of the bands, drag and drop the band into the map. The band is drawn in the map and used as input for geoprocessing tools.
