Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.9 and the newer versions.Workaround
- Edit the underlying feature class directly instead of through the service.
- Use an earlier version of ArcGIS Pro to edit the service.
- Publish the service from ArcMap.
