Additional Information

Most datasets should not encounter this issue. However, larger communities with very large datasets can hit this issue. It is important to remember to have a valid analysis; the Repeat and Near Repeat tools need to be used as designed. For example, the tool is not intended for large datasets due to the inherent nature of near-repeat patterns being spatiotemporal patterns of limited duration. A risk prediction is based upon a spatial and temporal bandwidth that has been found to be statistically significant; these tend to be smaller intervals (7, 14, 21 days, 500, 1000, 1500 ft. etc.). This issue will be addressed to prevent such issues from occurring.

Workaround

Run the tool using less than a few thousand points.
