Additional Information

The Truncate Table tool is not allowed to act on features that require extended behavior to maintain other functionality. For example, classes with attribute rules, attachments that participate in datasets that manage dirty areas, and relationship classes. Therefore, the file geodatabase is updated to match the contract present in the enterprise geodatabases and returns an error if executed in one of these configurations.
