Additional Information
The scene services server does not support 'definitionExpression' filters. These filters are applied on the client to the loaded features. The usual feature limits apply to all features, including those filtered on the client side. As a result, only a subset of the features is displayed.Workaround
Use a feature layer with the same dataset instead.
