When editing related table attributes, previous attribute edits populate the form after the first attribute is entered. This behavior occur when the Save button is enabled.

Workaround

• When previous edits auto-populate the form, click the Save button to clear the form. 
• Uncheck 'Don't apply edits to the attributes until clicking the Save button' in the Edit widget configuration.
