Workaround

1. User edited the file "C:\arcgisdatastore\etc\arcgis-data-store-config.json" and changed "datastore.lastknownstatus" from "RecoveryFailed" to "Stopped".2. Then from the AGS admin page, the user started the ArcGIS Data Store https://supt000901.esri.com/server/admin/data/items/enterpriseDatabases/AGSDataStore_ds_fisegbw6/machines/SUPT000901.ESRI.COM3. When the ArcGIS Data Store runs into a catastrophic crash due to disk space failure, the file "C:\arcgisdatastore\etc\arcgis-data-store-config.json" stores an information of the last status of the ArcGIS Data Store, and that any new attempt to start cannot recover it.
