The following workflow requires specific My Esri privileges. If the options are not visible, request for the necessary permissions from the organization's My Esri administrator.
  1. Log in to My Esri.
  2. Click My Organizations > Licensing.
  3. In the License Management section, click License Files > License Files related to Portal for ArcGIS and Pro.
  4. Click the license file ID, and click Cancel License File.
