ERROR
Attempts to create, open, and run notebooks or notebook tasks in ArcGIS Notebooks in ArcGIS Online fail, and return the following error message:
Error: User <user_name> in credit budgeting enabled org <org_ID> with subscription type '<subscription_type>' has <credit_value> credits which is fewer than min credits check of 30
Credit budgeting is enabled for the organization, and the member does not have sufficient credits to utilize notebooks. Creating, opening, and running notebooks require 30 credits per hour, per notebook, using the Advanced runtime as well as the Advanced with GPU runtime. Scheduled tasks will also fail with this error for all notebook runtimes. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Credits by capability for more information.
