Portal for ArcGIS: Hosted/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: Fehler beim Verbindungsversuch

Fehlermeldung

In ArcGIS Enterprise wird beim Versuch, einen gehosteten Feature-Layer in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer oder ArcGIS Dashboards zu laden, zeitweise die folgende Fehlermeldung zurückgegeben.

Error:
Hosted/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: The connection attempt failed.

In einigen Fällen ist die unten beschriebene Fehlermeldung zusätzlich zur obenstehenden Fehlermeldung in den Protokollen des Hosting-Servers von ArcGIS Server vorhanden.

Error:
Hosted/<Feature_Service>/FeatureServer: Connection to <Machine_Name>:9876 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

Ursache

Das auf dem Computer installierte Antivirenprogramm unterbricht die Kommunikation zwischen ArcGIS Server und dem Data Store vom Typ "relational".

Konfigurieren von Virenschutz-Ausnahmen

Konfigurieren Sie die Virenschutzsoftware so, dass bestimmte Prozesse oder Verzeichnisse, die im Zusammenhang mit ArcGIS stehen, von der Virenprüfung ausgeschlossen werden. After completing the necessary tasks, reinstate the exempted directories.

Deaktivieren oder Entfernen des Antivirenprogramms

Warning:
Proceed with the following workaround with caution, as disabling or removing the antivirus program potentially exposes the machine to security risks.

Deaktivieren oder entfernen Sie das Antivirenprogramm auf den ArcGIS Enterprise-Computern. Anweisungen finden Sie unter Microsoft: Turn off Defender antivirus protection in Windows Security.

Wenn es sich bei der Antivirensoftware um ein Programm eines Drittanbieters handelt, deaktivieren Sie es vorübergehend.

Note:
After completing the necessary tasks, reactivate the antivirus program, as it safeguards the machine from potential security threats. To reactivate Microsoft Defender, refer to Microsoft: Turn on Microsoft Defender Antivirus for instructions. If a third-party antivirus was disabled, reenable it.
