Creating a Profile Graph based on Line of Sight output from Toolbox and Toolbar produce two different graphs.

It wasn't designed to work like this (the LOS graphic made from the interactive tool on the toolbar 'knows' it's a line of sight profile. The feature class made from the LOS GP tool does not know this and therefore can't tel the profile graph tool to correct way to generate a graph.That said, it's more than reasonable to expect consistent behavior and it's desirable to support this. Ity will be considered as an enhancement in a future release.
