Workaround

As the issue seems to be resolved in ArcGIS 10.3.1 and FME 2015.1 Build 15515+, Development would not backport any fixes. I would suggest that the customer confirms that they no longer experience the error with extending a trial of FME 2015.1 Build 15515+ and once confirmed that the issue is resolved, we could provide an extended trial.
