Working with ArcGISDashboards: when searching for Elements in the Actions tab, Gauge elements are not returned.

ENH-000158447 : Provide the ability to add Element from the ArcGIS Living Atlas or that is shared with the public or within the Organization - ArcGIS Dashboard.
Workaround:They have to either be a member of a group that contains this item OR create a map with this item OR create their own item that references that dataset. Ideally, They would be able to search for and use any public or Living Atlas service in my dashboard.
