WMS based on ArcGIS Server 10 image service of ISCDef does not display map image in ArcMap/ArcCatalog; the request URL returns: "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error."

Use a mosaic dataset to publish image services with an image server extension and enable WMS with ArcGIS 10. The ISDef will no longer support publish image services.
