With the DRS Configuration Utility, connecting to ArcGIS Server 10.2.2 does not work if there are special characters such as '&' or '%' in the password.

This issue was logged against a version of the software which is no longer supported, and has not had activity in some time. Do not use special characters such as '%' or '&' when creating a Primary Site Administrator (PSA) account. The allowed characters in the PSA password are '!', '@', '#', and '$'.
An example of a working password is 'test@1234'.
