Bug

With QFE-1021-DT-317434 installed, the Horizontal Alignment property for the Default symbology of a feature-linked annotation feature class is set to 'Center', but newly created annotation features are not respecting this, and are created with the Horizontal Alignment set to 'Left' instead.
