While installing a database server for the 10.4 pre-release of ArcSDE Workgroup, the following error is returned, "MSVCP120.dll is missing."

Install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 to resolve the DLL issue. OR Download the missing DLL separately and manually copy it to the 'C:\Windows\System32' folder.
