Bug
When you open a web map in ArcMap that uses a dynamic (non-cached) map service as its basemap, the resulting basemap layer in ArcMap has warning symbols in the TOC. These warning symbols should be suppressed because the user has simply opened a web map, they are not building a basemap layer.
