When viewing BA9.2 2006 reports in BA9.2 2007, a login failed error is returned and the report is blank.

Workaround

Open BA9.2 2006 .rpt with crystal reports. Go to View>Print Preview. Dialog named xBase/Open Database File will open. The database paths to the exp dbf files that the report is looking for are incorrect. To correct click on button at the end of the database path line and browse to the appropriate exp dbf file and click finish. For some reports there will be multiple exp dbfs so each time connect and then hit finish. After the last time the report will display everything correctly. Go up to File>Save in crystal reports. This will also allow the report to be viewed in BA9.2 2007.
