When using WGS 1984 UTM Zone 24S in ArcGIS Pro as the map coordinate system, alignment issues occur even though the data uses the same coordinate system.

Workaround

Set the coordinate system in Map Properties to WGS 1984 UTM Zone 23S (WKID: 32723) or WGS 1984 UTM Zone 25S (WKID: 32725) while keeping the data in WGS 1984 UTM Zone 24S.
