When using Map Viewer in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1, if an attachment is added using create a new feature to a hosted feature layer, the feature fails and returns the error message: "Edits could not be saved: Operation rolled back."

Workaround

It works with the Classic Map Viewer and also works with the Map Viewer in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2. The uploadid is not passed.

As a workaround, add the feature, then select it and add the attachment.
