When using a web adaptor URL with http/2 enabled on Internet Information Services (IIS) and in the web browser, a burst of concurrent requests can lead to disappearing features and ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors in the developer tools' console tab.

Workaround

1. Use a feature service URL referencing the port 6443 instead of the web adaptor.
2. Disable HTTP/2 on the Internet Information Services (IIS) website hosting the GIS Server's web adaptor.
3. Use Firefox as the browser, or disable http/2 on Chrome/Edge, but this requires everyone in the organization to be using the same browser and/or settings.
