When using a model created in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 in ArcGIS Pro 3.3, the exported Python file does not include the analysis done by the Append tool.

Workaround

1. Open the model created in ArcGIS Pro 3.2 in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.
2. Select and copy all of the elements of the model.
3. Open a new ModelBuilder tab and paste the elements into the new workspace.
4. Click Auto Layout to organize the views, and the additional outputs from the Append tool are available.
5. Click Validate and click Run to run the model.
6. Export the model using the Export To Python File option. The Python file is complete.
