When there is no projection defined in ArcGIS Pro, drawing a circle and defining the radius from the Create Features pane produces inconsistent and incorrect results.

Workaround

• Use the Buffer tool and append to the desired polygon layer.
• Use the Distance and Direction military tool and append to the desired polygon layer.
