When the owner of an ArcGIS Survey123 service opens an attribute table in the ArcGIS Online web map, the error message, "Error accessing data failed" is returned.

Workaround

1. Add the hosted service to a new web map. The error does not occur.
2. Change the 'What can submitters do?' option to 'Only add new records' when the survey is shared with Everyone.
3. Change it back to 'Add, update, and delete records', to remove the error.
