Bug

When the map extent is set to 1:10, 1:8, 1:6, 1:5, 1:4, 1:3, the turn off layer function does not apply to the layers in the map's data view when a large scale is set.

Workaround

If you are zoomed in to a large extent, uncheck the layer you want to turn off, and press the refresh button.
