When the caption of an image in a Story Map Tour application contains the <a href> HTML tag, clicking through the thumbnails in Builder Mode triggers a message that there are unsaved edits even though no edits are made.

Thanks for reporting this. We are working on a new app that will serve as the replacement for Story Map Tour, so meanwhile we don't plan on doing a lot of maintenance on Map Tour. This issue doesn't prevent map tour creation and seems intermittent, so we are not planning to address it.

Workaround

Do not save the Story Map Tour application even when the page says that there are unsaved edits.
